Bio: A career as a stock broker brought Drew to California from Chicago in 1990. After 15 years and two significant market crashes, he began looking for something with more stability, transparency and more reliable returns.
In 2005, after having funded a few private money loans through a broker, Drew resigned his position with Wells Fargo. Together Drew and his wife Liz began building what was to become Del Toro Loan Servicing.
As a lender and broker, Drew funded over 500 loans through 2010. Around that time, the focus of the company was switched from brokering to that of a service provider to private money brokers and lenders. Since then, Del Toro has provided loan processing, loan documents, loan servicing and loss mitigation work on over 5,000 loans exceeding $1B in UPB.
