Alexander Fomichev

Instructor Assistant, Acumatica Inc

Bio: Alexander has almost five years of experience at Acumatica. He started there as a Junior QA Engineer and has advanced to Senior Analyst on the platform team. As a Senior Analyst, Alexander works on designing new features, writing test scenarios, and working with problems in the existing functionality in the system and platform areas. He participated in the design and implementation of different features, such as dashboards, pivot tables, and simplified version upgrades. Alexander graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and holds a degree in Electronic Equipment Design and Technology.

Alexander Ignatin

System Architect, Acumatica

Bio: Alexander has more than 15 years of experience designing and developing desktop and web applications. In Acumatica, he is responsible for the design of the customization manager, platform performance, and scalability aspects. Alexander designed most parts of the customization manager and implemented the cluster mode for Acumatica and a request profiler tool. Alexander has a Master of Science degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Aliya Rakimgulova

Head of Support Services, Acumatica

Bio: Prior to joining Acumatica, Aliya was serving as VP WW Support at Acronis. Aliya joined Acumatica last year to help scale up Technical Support with the company growth. Aliya is an expert in Technical Support and Customer Service with 10+ years of experience in various management roles. Aliya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Informatics from Novosibirsk State University.

Anacarina Calvo

Product Manager of the Service Management, Acumatica

Bio: Prior to the acquisition of the Service Management by Acumatica, Anacarina worked for more than two years at Devesoft (M5) as a Sales Engineer, Roadmap Manager, leader of Implementations and leader of QA and Testing.  She was also in charge of Documentation, Demo Data and Trainings of the Service Management. Now Anacarina is Product Manager of the Service Management and is very enthusiastic about the changes and improvements coming to the Services suite. Anacarina holds a Bachelor or Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Simon Bolivar University in Caracas, Venezuela.

Anand Panchamia

Implementation Consultant, Acumatica

Bio: Anand works on the support and implementation services team at Acumatica. With over 10 years of experience in the mid-sized enterprises, Anand has successfully spear headed several projects and helped numerous customers through their Go Lives. Prior to joining Acumatica, Anand wore multiple hats in the customer operations division at Everest Software Inc., a product based ERP company. He was also instrumental in implementing iSeries based Manhattan’s Warehouse Management System for Feld Entertainment’s distribution center. Anand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, India.

Annita Ruggier

ERP Implementation Manager, Acumatica

Bio: Annita joined Acumatica in 2010 and has been working in the software industry for over 16 years. She has extensive experience in business, accounting and software implementation. And in more recent years, Annita has been involved in project management where she implemented and trained clients of all sizes on new ERP software packages. Annita also taught at Oracle University and has held titles such as CFO and Controller and has owned several businesses. Annita graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Accounting.

Constance Turman

Partner Marketing and Programs Manager, Acumatica

Bio: Connie joined Acumatica bringing over 8+ years of marketing, project and event experience in various consulting roles with Microsoft. This includes the last six years focusing on strategic marketing and field readiness campaigns, Windows Azure, Office for Students, USSMB Partner Marketing and the Microsoft Cloud Power campaign. Prior to Microsoft, Connie drove retail marketing campaigns for Eddie Bauer and spent several years in retail store management, training and development for Nike, Lucy and Ann Taylor. Connie graduated from Washington State University, where she received honors as a varsity student-athlete in addition to her Bachelor degree in Education.

Diego Perez

Instructor Assistant, Acumatica

Bio: Diego is a Developer and Code Reviewer at Acumatica. He has four years of work experience in Acumatica. Diego is well versed about the Field Services suite, because he has been a part of the team since the product development began. Diego holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Central University of Venezuela in Caracas.

Dinesh Jain

Senior Channel Development Manager, Acumatica

Bio: Dinesh has been in solution selling and consulting for 18+ years. He joined Acumatica over 3 years ago and supports partners and customers in the North Eastern US, Eastern Canada and UK. Prior to joining Acumatica, Dinesh co-founded Arctern, an IT Consulting/Outsourcing company which was later acquired by Volt Corp. Before Arctern, Dinesh worked at Everest Software, as developer of a mid-market completely integrated ERP Product. Dinesh holds a degree in Law and an MBA from Symbiosis University, Pune, India.

Doug Johnson

Solution Consultant, Acumatica

Bio: In this role, Doug Johnson is in charge of showing people what makes Acumatica’s Cloud ERP software awesome for our customers and partners. As the first US-based employee, Doug has unique insights into the progression of Acumatica from stealth-mode company to ERP powerhouse. Prior to joining Acumatica Doug was Vice President of Marketing at Parallels, where he focused on the delivery of billing and automation software in a service model through hosing partners. Before that he worked at GigaMedia Access Corporation at the VP of Marketing where he lead a team to deliver enterprise security software based on digital rights management technology. In addition to software, Doug has vast expertise in telecommunications from employment at AT&T, Teleglobe, and The Global TeleXchange. Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Duke University and a master of business administration degree from New York University.

Elena Savranskaya

Instructor Assistant, Acumatica

Bio: Before working at Acumatica, Elena worked with the SAP ERP system as an Analyst of logistics modules in internal projects. She has acquired skills in implementing, testing, and writing project technical documentation. Also, she has experience in planning and stock management. At Acumatica, Elena is a team member of the QA Analyst Distribution and Projects department. She writes functional specification for the new features and performs acceptance tests, bug verification, and test design. Elena has increased the coverage and quality of tests. Elena graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the department of engineering business and management, and holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Logistics.

Evgeny Kralko

Instructor Assistant, Accumatica

Bio: Evgeny has almost five years of experience in software development for the ERP systems. At Acumatica, Evgeny is an Application Developer at the financial team. He specializes on the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets functional areas. Evgeny holds master's degree in Information Systems, Technology and Automation in Construction from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.

Greg Mercede

Bio: Gregg Mercede is an enterprising and results-focused executive equipped with more than 25 years of leadership success consulting, planning, developing, and implementing technology solutions to realize dramatic improvements in alignment with business objectives. Pragmatic and dynamic manager with experience across network design, technology deployment, software development and call center operations, in addition to business analysis, project management, and team leadership. Gregg also has experience across many different industries such as wholesale distribution, ecommerce, finance, marketing, construction, and real estate.

Innokenty Burak

Team Lead CRM, Acumatica

Bio: Innokenty has more than 20 years of experience in the development of ERP systems. He started working at Acumatica as a system developer nine years ago and developed engines for the report exporting, email sending and wiki maintaining. For the past seven years, Innokenty has been working on the application team and his expertise is spread across a wide range of Acumatica functional areas, including inventory, finance, and customer management. Now, Innokenty oversees development in the Customer Management module, designs the integration of CRM with external systems (HubSpot and MS Exchange Server) as well as with the Finance and Distribution suites. Innokenty graduated from Bryansk State Technical University.

Jason Labaw

Bio: Jason has been helping partners grow their Acumatica business since 2014. Prior to joining Acumatica, Jason worked as a business analyst for the Corum Group, a boutique M&A advisory firm, and the US Chamber of Commerce. Jason holds a BA from the George Washington University.

John Schlemmer

Chief Operating Officer, JAAS Systems

Bio: John is responsible for the overall strategic direction and vision of JAAS Systems; as well as leading the product development, professional services, marketing, channel and direct sales departments. John has over 30 years of experience in the sales, marketing, and services of Manufacturing ERP and Supply Chain Execution software; marketing these technology products and services to high-growth, emerging, mature and competitive enterprises. His specialty is in building and managing sales and services organizations; both direct and through channel organizations. He has held leadership roles for a variety of software companies which has given him both industry expertise as well as extensive knowledge of available solutions in the marketplace.

Jon Roskill

CEO, Acumatica

Bio: Jon has 25 years of leadership experience in the software business. He joins Acumatica after a 20-year career at Microsoft where he led efforts in many areas including product development for developer tools, as well as the business operations, strategy, and marketing for all of Microsoft US. Jon’s most recent role was Corporate Vice President for the Worldwide Partner Group where he led a global sales and marketing team of more than 5,000 employees and Microsoft’s 640,000 partners. Jon has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Computer Engineering, from University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and an MBA from Boston University.

Kathy Visser-May

Chief Marketing Officer, Acumatica

Bio: Kathy joins us from Microsoft, where she spent the last 10 years, most recently as the Senior Director of Global IT Professional Strategy, driving all aspects of brand, marketing, storytelling and evangelism for the technical audience business. Previously, she led the Marketing Engines and Analytics team for the US Central Marketing Organization where she was responsible for the marketing strategy and execution across all commercial product offerings. She has held leadership positions at PeopleSoft Corporation and Huber Marketing Group.

Katie Martin

Partner Account Manager, Acumatica

Bio: As Partner Account Manager, Katie works very closely with Acumatica’s partner resellers in the Midwest territory. She began her sales and channel career in the ERP space 12+ years ago, working for SoftBrands, an ERP publisher and manufacturing ISV.  Prior to joining Acumatica, Katie developed her solution selling skills at SPS Commerce, a SaaS EDI provider. At SPS Commerce, she worked her way up as a top sales rep before moving to their channel sales team to help grow partner relationships within the NetSuite and Exact Macola markets as well as help drive new business revenue. Katie has a BA in Communications from Webster University in St. Louis, MO and is expected to graduate summa cum laude from Concordia University’s MBA program next summer.

Kirill Bestemyanov

Instructor Assistant, Acumatica

Bio: Kirill has more than 14 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in design, development, deployment, and testing of Windows-based and web-based programming solutions. He is a distinguished professional with a proven track record as a Software Developer, Technical Lead/Architect. At Acumatica, he is a member of the Platform team, responsible for integration API, such as web services and import and export scenario. Kirill holds a master's degree in Physics from Moscow State University.

Mark Volshtein

Instructor Assistant, Acumatica

Bio: Mark has worked for Acumatica for approximately two years in support services, mostly providing support in the Distribution suite. Prior to joining Acumatica, he worked for more than 10 years as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultant in finance and participated in multiple projects of implementing financial modules and localizing them for Russian accounting standards. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Tver State University and a Master of Arts in Economics from the New Economic School of Moscow, Russia. In addition, he holds a (pre-ACCA) Diploma in International Financial Reporting.

Mikhail Rysev

Bio: Mikhail has more than ten years of experience in ERP development, implementation and support. Prior to Acumatica, he worked as a developer of banking software, testing/developing of Solomon ERP and implementation of another ERP product (SUN Systems). Mikhail joined Acumatica in 2007. Now he is L2 Support Lead in Support Department. Mikhail graduated from the National Research University of Electronic Technology.

Nancy Carriere

Bio: Nancy joined Acumatica in early 2016 and has been involved in the software industry for over 20 years. She has extensive expertise in sales, services, business, training/education, and accounting.  Before joining Acumatica, Nancy owned an accounting and tax firm where she worked in multiple roles including management consulting and partner management. Nancy has also worked in numerous startups as well as larger organizations. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from San Francisco State University.

Nayan Mansinha

Senior Developer, Acumatica

Bio: Mr. Mansinha has over 15 years of experience in IT related to business application development and professional services. Distinguished professional with a proven track record as Project Lead, Project Development, Architecture design, Framework design and Component modeling and building. Past experience includes developing custom modules in Dynamics SL at Lee Technologies, (now part of Schneider Electric) industry’s most trusted and respected data center solutions provider, one of the core developer at Everest Software focusing on ERP product development and later product customizations, and served as Senior Faculty member at National Institute of Information Technology, Panjim Goa. He holds Associate degree in field of Computer Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Technology, Pune, India. He is also MCITP in Installation & Configuration for Microsoft Dynamics® SL.
