In 1999 Mr. Ruark formed Regulation D Resources (“RDR”) for the purpose of providing Regulation D exempt offering advisory services to corporate clients. RDR engaged in principal business operations in the Wilmington, North Carolina area for 13 years. RDR specializes in the preparation of Regulation D exempt private placements and Federal and State securities compliance. The firm is credited with being the first private placement preparatory firm to incorporate the Internet in the preparation process for a securities offering. RDR is considered one of the nation's leading firms in this specialized field of corporate finance. In 2012 the Company opened a new primary retail office in Fort Collins, Colorado and in late 2014 moved into larger long term office space in Lakewood, Colorado. Mr. Ruark is Senior Principal for the Colorado office. In 2015 Mr. Ruark was instrumental in the development of RDR’s Investor Portal Promotion and Compliance web application.
