Bio: Abigail Laufer is the Chief Investment Officer of the Ferguson Family Office, where she currently manages the assets of the Family Office as well as the assets of individuals and private clients.
Prior to joining the Ferguson Family Office as CIO, Ms. Laufer was Director of Mutual Fund Research at Merrill Lynch. She then served as a consultant to Frank Russel Company’s fortune 500 clients, providing strategy and investment research for pension and high net worth clients.
In 1997, Ms. Laufer co-founded Hanover Square Associates to provide marketing consulting services to managers. She then became a partner at the New Energy Fund, a hedge fund devoted to public and private investments in the renewable energy sector. In 2009, Ms. Laufer formed Virid Capital Management to focus on public investments in the cleantech sector.

Bio: Charles Weinstein is the Chief Executive Officer of EisnerAmper LLP and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. With over 35 years of experience in the field of public accounting, Charly has held leadership positions throughout his entire career. Prior to the formation of EisnerAmper LLP, Charly was Managing Partner of Eisner LLP. The 2010 combination of Eisner LLP and Amper, Politziner & Mattia, which Charly oversaw, was recognized as “Deal of the Year” by the Association for Corporate Growth. In 2012, Charly directed the merger of San Francisco-based accounting firm Harb, Levy & Weiland into EisnerAmper and has been instrumental in leading both merger-related and organic growth ever since.

Bio: Dean D’Onofrio is the Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of BEL45 Advisors, LLC, a single family office.

Bio: Frank L. Napolitani is a Director in the Financial Services Group. With nearly 20 years of experience working with an array of financial services organizations, including a fund of hedge funds, family office and prime brokerage firm, Frank provides business consulting services to investment fund managers in hedge funds, private equity, real estate and venture capital.
Frank assists clients during the prelaunch stage by helping them budget their prelaunch and year 1-3 expenses, choose service providers (e.g., legal, fund administration, prime brokerage, outsourced compliance) and handle general infrastructure items such as real estate and IT services. In addition, he helps them develop marketing materials to present to prospective investors. Since 2005, Frank has been involved directly and indirectly with over 100 fund launches, and continues to consult a number of those managers today.

Mr. Vamvakas has more than 21 years of experience in alternative investments. Before joining Lyxor Asset Management, he was President and a Director of BAREP Asset Management USA, Inc. and prior to becoming President he established and reinforced Societe Generale's alternative presence in Ireland as Managing Director of Societe Generale Alternative Investment (Ireland) Ltd., a Dublin-based asset management firm.
