Russ Lane

Founder, Ameritime

Bio: Kansas Ameritime founder Russ Lane, always envisioned himself as a teacher and coach, and for a while, he followed the path of a traditional educator. As a history teacher, football coach and basketball coach, Russ enjoyed the opportunities to share his love of social studies, history, government and sports with Kansas teens. After beginning a family with his wife, Annette (a fourth grade teacher,) he decided to supplement his income by doing an internship with The Franklin, and that experience opened his eyes to the lack of financial preparedness with many of his friends and co-workers.
