Bio: Bally oversees marketing functions at Nulogy. He has worked in marketing for more than 20 years in various roles such as Director of Marketing Programs, Director of Product Management and Vice President of Marketing for both startup and multi-billion dollar companies including PROPHIX Software, Metter-Toledo, Thermo-Fisher, PointClickCare, and JD Edwards/Numetrix. Bally has also personally worked with Retail, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and CPG companies to automate operations and document quality control processes. As a graduate from the University of Toronto's Mechanical Engineering program, he has a passion for technology, software, and growing businesses.

Bio: Dave Mabon is an accomplished supply chain leader with 27 years proven success driving revenue growth. Dave extensive experience gives him a unique perspective into key areas of supply chain management including sales, marketing, operations and global solution development.
Dave's work with large 3rd party logistics (3PL's) firms, allows him to gain insights from some of the world's largest brands spanning CPG, Retail, Healthcare and Manufacturing sectors on both a North American and International basis.
Additionally, Dave is currently serving on a variety of advisory boards including FLEXE Inc., The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Logistics Quarterly (LQ).

Central Super User Manager, Nestle Purina Petcare
Bio: Dennis Heimann is the Central Super User Manager for Nestle Purina Petcare, where he oversees a team responsible for building and maintaining system integrations with Nestle’s suppliers. He has worked for Nestle Purina Petcare for past 30+ years, progressing through many positions and departments. Initially, he started with the Continental Baking Company division accounting department, moving from an entry level position to managing teams of individuals. When Continental Baking Company was sold to Interstate Brands Corporation., Dennis transitioned from accounting to the IS warehousing department for Purina Petcare. He transitioned to working with multiple inventory applications to managing a team of resources. Dennis has also been responsible for implementing a new SAP system into Nestle Purina Petcare.
Product Manager, Nulogy
Bio: Enam is a senior product manager with a focus on product strategy and works across functions to help align sales, customer success and professional service teams. Passionate about ensuring that Nulogy selects the right problems to solve, and that our solutions impact customers' business outcomes. Prior to product development, he was a member of the professional services and integrations teams where he was involved in all aspects of solution delivery. Enam graduated from the University of Waterloo's Mechanical Engineering program.

Bio: Fred Leong, Customer Success Manager at Nulogy.
For Fred, "It's Not Just Business, It's Personal" is more than just a Nulogy value, it's a philosophy for engaging with people. Whether working with publicly traded customers at Kraft Heinz, or working with small customers at startups, Fred is committed to forming meaningful relationships with people and providing value beyond the product with interpersonal connections.
Outside of work, Fred loves to watch and play basketball (go Houston Rockets!). You can usually spot him at restaurants or music venues.

Bio: Greg D. Leung: is the COO of Tyco Life LLC. He is responsible for Product Operations and Procurement, Supply Chain Fulfillment, Data and Systems Infrastructure, and Finance. Prior to this role, Greg was the Senior Director of Worldwide Supply Demand Management at Apple. He managed 100B+ global, multichannel, multimode supply chain and organization through the period of Apple's historical growth. He is a supply chain executive with 15 years of experience scaling complex and rapidly growing businesses.
Greg is passionate about building dynamic, efficient supply chains and connecting data to create actionable insights. After beginning his career as a merchandise planner for Gap, Greg earned an interdisciplinary Bachelor's degree with distinction in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University. Following his passion for creating high performing teams, Greg attended leadership programs at Duke University & the center for Creative Leadership.
CEO, Nulogy Corporation
Bio: Jason takes a personal approach to corporate development and leadership, whether it is understanding the evolving landscape of his clients, or initiating the next stage of growth for the company he co-founded. Active as a board member and speaker in industry organizations, Jason has gained valuable experience in business development, operations, manufacturing, product development and software engineering with a variety of global companies. At one of Kellogg’s most automated production facilities in the world, he worked in their continuous improvement and packaging groups. Earlier in his career at Magna International, Jason worked in their R&D group, responsible for new vehicle prototyping, as well as working in manufacturing and quality, where he applied methods for cost reduction within the supply-chain. Jason graduated with a Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a Management Sciences option from the University of Waterloo.

John lives with his wife and two daughters in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. He enjoys spending time with family and both a Green Bay Packer and a Chicago Blackhawks fan.

Bio: Kevin oversees product strategy and operations at Nulogy, bringing a background in the full cycle of software development and consulting. Prior to co-founding Nulogy, Kevin performed strategic planning and program management at Microsoft for their next-generation enterprise television services. He has also worked in software development and consulting at Ericsson and two Deloitte Fast 50 companies. Kevin has an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Waterloo, and enjoys educating youth with technology through the CUTC Foundation and Charity CHAMPS, both of which he co-founded.

Bio: Kim Egan is the Executive Vice President & CFO at Belleville based GH Manufacturing Inc., a leading contract packaging and manufacturing firm. Working together with the owner of GH from the date of incorporation, Kim has been instrumental in providing leadership in the areas of Finance, Administration, Information Technology, and Human Resources. With over 17 year’s experience in this industry sector, Kim has a broad and diverse background.
Over the past 13 years, Kim has sat on a number of volunteer boards and committees in the community. These boards include the United Way Hastings, Prince Edward, Hastings Childrens Aid Society, and the Belleville Quinte West Community Health Center. Holding various positions such as Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Campaign Cabinet volunteer over the years she has provided leadership and commitment. Kim is currently a board director on the Belleville Quinte West Community Health Center. Kim, CPA, CMA, also holds a Chartered Directors designation from the Conference Board of Canada in partnership with McMaster University. Bio: Matt Becker is the Financial Analyst and PackManager Project Prime at Cascade Coffee, Inc. He is responsible for Customer Pricing, Profitability and Efficiency Analysis, Cost Management, Process Improvement, and Enterprise Reporting.
Working with various internal teams in operations to improve process flows and lower costs, while emphasizing LEAN Manufacturing principles, has allowed Matt to nurture his passions of teamwork and progression. He has also recently championed a company-wide KPI program, to identify and focus on high benefit-to- cost process improvements using actionable data, establishing goals, and regularly
monitoring trends in performance across all operational departments.

Bio: Saad Islam is a Supply Chain professional with over 12 years of experience working across different Supply functions in companies like Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever and British American Tobacco. He have been working in 3 continents before coming to US market as head of embellishment operations for North America. His expertise includes Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning and Engineering services. He have extensive experience in start-ups of plant operations and have contributed significantly to productivity improvement projects across supply chain.

Bio: Tai is a design-focused product executive who provides breakthrough design thinking to organizations as well as best-in-class Agile product management leadership. Prior to joining Nulogy, Tai was the VP of Product and Design at Kobo where he helped produced a diverse array of award winning software and hardware products in the eReading space.
With over 15 years practicing Design and User Experience, Tai is excited to help Nulogy solidify and grow their design practice.
Bio: Dr. Karl Manrodt is a highly experienced individual having spent over 25 years researching logistics, transportation and the supply chain industry. As a result of his expert status, Karl conducted numerous research projects for a broad range of participants who currently operate within the supply chain industry. Consequently, this allowed him to establish the Institute for Logistics and Transportation Studies, a research office focused on highlighting the modern needs of today’s practitioners. There are very few people who are more informed or in a better position to discuss the state of current affairs in the supply chain industry.
In addition to providing valuable research, Dr. Manrodt also serves as an editor of several academic and practitioner journals. He has also given over 150 supply chain presentations, authored over seven books and is a leading figure behind the concept of the 'perfect order.'
Given his experience, he has seen firsthand the evolution of the supply chain industry and is well placed to discuss current and future trends. We are thrilled that he has decided to bestow this wealth of knowledge on us by speaking at our xChange 2017 event!
Bio: Véronique is the Manager at L’Oréal that oversees inventory and co-packing and has worked with the L’Oréal group since 2006.
She has an MBA in logistics & transportation and has managed numerous launch projects and facilitates customer collaboration. Véronique's role and experience varied; she has managed a diverse cross-section of teams including procurement, customer care, inventory management and more recently co-packing.
Senior Manager, Business Systems, ARI Packaging
Bio: Mélissa is currently the Team leader at L’Oréal for external warehouse inventories and has worked with the L’Oréal group since 2002.
Having started as a shipping/receiving supervisor, Mélissa has applied her knowledge to various teams including purchasing, external warehouse inventories and the return department. She has been a part of the co-packing team for 10 years.
