Are you tired of saying your board isn’t engaged enough in fundraising?  Or that your program staff (or CEO) doesn’t understand fundraising?  If fundraising is siloed in your organization, this class if for you.  Based on the principles of Appreciative Inquiry, we will explore how to give your constituencies a voice in creating your next Development Plan.  Your constituencies include your volunteers, your non-development staff, and even your donors.  If you don’t have a current development plan (or your plan is the same as last year’s with just a couple of dates and numbers changed!), this session will be especially helpful.

The outcomes from this highly interactive workshop include:

  • How to engage diverse voices and create a high level of engagement in your fund development planning
  • How to create actionable development strategies in under 30 minutes
