Collaborator: DASH Track: Examples from the Field

Multi-sector collaborations from across the countries are actively building capacity by leveraging shared data to positively impact the health of their communities. University of Missouri at St. Louis Community Innovation and the Human Services Coalition of Tompkins County are two communities in the stages of building towards a Community Information Exchange. During this session, they will share lessons learned from the early stages as well as how they have used the All In: Data for Community Health Network to hear from peer practitioners and gain practical knowledge to advance their work locally through All In. Attendees will have an opportunity to engage in discussions, learn about how to join All In, the member perks including a robust online community, and participate in rapid cycle peer-to-peer consulting.
