Are you stressed out? How do you know? Muscle tension? Stomachache? Irritability? Difficulty sleeping? We all experience the stress response when we feel that the demands of life’s stressors are greater than our ability to handle them. Some amount of stress is healthy, but when the natural bursts of and recovery from stress give way to chronic stress and anxiety, our overall health suffers. Join Dr. Michal Waldfogel, ND for an engaging session that covers stressors, the physiology of the stress response and evidence-based stress management tools. Together we will explore Jewish practices that can build our resilience to handle whatever comes our way with a greater sense of calm.
