DEFINING PROBLEMS & CRITICAL THINKING IN SOURCING
RED HALL (ROOM 1)
3:40 pm - 4:20 pm
RED HALL (ROOM 1)

Speaker

Description

Data, tools and tech amounts to nothing if sourcers do not embrace the skills and aptitude for critical reasoning. More than anytime in history sourcers need to embrace and learn the art of creative and critical thinking.  Often an outcome of embracing criticality is unearthing the problems rather than focusing on the outcome or solution. Paul will share his sourcing journey and identify where sourcers encounters bottlenecks. Often failures comes down to the lack of reasoning and a ‘rush to please’. Paul will offer a different version where sourcers ought to concentrate on finding problems rather than start with outcomes.
