Are workplace silos a drain on your company? Functional silos can lead to redundancies, poor communication, reduced trust and often pit one department or group against another. In this interactive session you will work to save a fictional company, a manufacturer of fruit juices from its downfall. You will become the new management team and take steps to return the company to profitability by making tactical and strategic decisions in the supply chain. In so doing, you'll understand the need for alignment, cross-functional supply chain management, and the importance of strategy and collaboration in managing trade-offs.
