Renato Bauman graduated from University of Zagreb, Croatia in 1992. In 2000 he gained his MSc and in 2012 his PhD. Since 1992, his main area of interest was Gynecology and Obstetrics. In 1997 he developed a keen interest in the area of Infertility. His main areas of interest within assisted reproduction are minimally invasive (endoscopic) surgery, CD/3D ultrasound and oncofertility. In 2005 he became an “Expert Leader” of the Human Reproduction Clinic in Sveti Hospital in Zagreb and in 2009 he became a Sub-Specialist in human reproduction. Renato Bauman was a regular lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb in postgraduate studies, “Ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics,” “Obstetric Surgeries” and “Gynecological Surgery and Endoscopy”. As a teacher he participates in national and international professional meetings and conferences, he is the author of many chapters in national and international books on gynecology, as well as numerous scientific articles. He moved to Dublin, Ireland and joined Rotunda IVF (National Fertility Center) in 2015. becoming Deputy Clinic Director in June 2016 and then Clinical Director early in 2017.
