Brittany Dowe is a Research Assistant in the Department of Oncology at Wayne State University School of Medicine and an affiliated staff member in the Office of Cancer Health Equity and Community Engagement (OCHECE) at Karmanos Cancer Institute. In her role, Ms. Dowe serves as the project coordinator for several different initiatives including community health education and COVID-19 outreach. As a researcher, her areas of expertise include program development, survey development, quantitative, qualitative research methodologies, and community organizing theory.
