Description

Looking for updated Climate Science? The Climate Literacy and Energy Awareness Network (CLEAN) is a collection of reviewed educational resources for teaching about climate and energy. We will describe how to search the CLEAN Collection and how to use our teaching guidance and support to bring climate and energy topics into your classroom. CLEAN has been aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS); we will describe how to search the CLEAN Collection with an NGSS lens and present a new framework of building units following NGSS Practices. The CLEAN Collection was recently expanded into Elementary grade levels and educator support pages were translated into Spanish, which will be highlighted.
