Mrs. Akrivi Vivian Kiousi (F) has joined INTRASOFT International S.A. in May 2001 and acts as a Senior Business Innovation Manager heading the Transport Lab of the Research & Innovation Development Department of the company. For nineteen years in research, Mrs. Kiousi has gained experience in the fields of: Customs, Transport, Energy, Big Data, e-Government solutions and Dissemination Strategies. Mrs. Kiousi was and is currently involved in several relevant European and R&D Projects such as Transforming Transport Big Data Lighthouse H2020, OPTIMUM H2020, MaaS4EU, FP7 CASSANDRA, FP7 CORE, commercial projects such as TCP in various positions including Project Coordination, Project Management, Impact and Communications management. She is a PhD candidate on policy and data challenges affecting multimodal and mobility as a service (MaaS) transportation schemes. She holds two masters (MSc), in Cognitive Science and AI; and Telecommunications Computing and Human Centred Systems awarded by the school of Computing and the Electronic and Electrical School of Engineering respectively at the University of Birmingham. In addition, Mrs. Kiousi holds a BSc Degree in Psychology and History of Art (double major). She has been trained in several management, communication methodologies and social media strategies and she is CMMI-DEV 1.3 ML3 Appraisal Team Member and ATM. Personal interests are research topics on innovative services relating to big data use, on energy and mobility.. She is the Task force leader of the Mobility and Logistics subgroup of BDVA and ITS EU Cluster member.
