Over the past 20 years, Toronto's Brian Moncarz has been one of the best kept mixer/producer secrets in North America. The cat is now officially out of the bag. With mammoth mixes in the last few years from Alice Cooper, Our Lady Peace, The Tea Party, The Trews, Bleeker, Circa Survive, Ian Moore, James Barker Band and Philip Sayce, Brian has positioned himself as one of the premiere mixers and producers on the continent. Known for his relentless work ethic, impeccable attention to detail and an uncanny understanding of his client's needs, Moncarz is on track to have the best year of his career in 2021. Whether it's rock, country or pop, Brian has the ability to connect with his clients and bring out the best in their sound. Moncarz is proud of his association with producers Bob Ezrin and David Bottrill. While coming up in the industry he worked side-by-side with both masters, honing his craft by making great records.

Travelling Band, Sum 41, Sam Roberts, Ronnie Hawkins, D12, Randy Bachman & Burton Cummings, Jacob Banks, The Tea Party, Platinum Blonde, author Robert Munsch, Hey Rosetta!, and the documentary film Festival Express, which included live performances by Janis Joplin, Grateful Dead and The Band. Ian's work has been included on other feature film soundtracks including Shark Tale, Spiderman, and Wes Craven's The Hills Have Eyes. He also recorded the soundtrack for The Warriors (Rockstar Games' video game adaptation of the 1979 cult film) which has sold over 1 million copies. an has worked with many of the industry’s leading record producers including Bob Rock, Eddie Kramer, David Bottrill, Dave Ogilvie, Richard Chycki, and George Massenburg.
