Leticia Phillips

Leticia Phillips serves as the Representative of the Brazilian Sugarcane Industry Association (UNICA) in North America. Based in Washington, DC Leticia is responsible for developing the relationship with the US Congress and the Executive Branch, as well as other stakeholders interested in Brazilian sugar and ethanol products. Prior to joining the UNICA, Leticia served as a Director of the Brazil-US Business Council, at the US Chamber of Commerce, where she was responsible for relations with senior representatives of multinationals, governments, US and Brazilian parliamentarians, as well as institutions from Washington and other regions of the States and Brazil. Ms. Phillips has extensive experience in political advocacy and trade matters in the Brazil-US bilateral agenda. Leticia holds a degree in International Relations with a focus on Latin America from American University in Washington, DC.
