Mrs. Anderson has been a Telecommunicator for over 25 years. Currently she works for Orange County Emergency Services, owns her own training company (JBEST Training and Consultants, LLC) and is an active Adjunct Instructor for the APCO Institute. Jeryl also does the telecommunicator on line training for Richmond Community College and Wake Technical Community College. Jeryl has been a certified instructor since the 1990's and has vast experience in classroom presentation to include, but not limited to, curriculum and testing development. Jeryl is an experienced online instructor, conference speaker and event coordinator. Jeryl is an ENP through National NENA and RPL through National APCO. She is the current NC Chapter of APCO President, as well as, member of the APCO Executive Board. Mrs. Anderson is also one of the Training Coordinators for the NC Chapter of APCO. Most recently Mrs. Anderson accepted the opportunity to become a member of the 911 Board's Education Committee. For APCO International, she is a committee member on their Member and Chapter Services Committee and the Professional Development Events Committee. In her spare time, Mrs. Anderson spends time with her husband of almost 7 years and her 30 precious Girl Scouts.
