Executive Director, The Needmor Fund
Mary Sobecki has been with The Needmor Fund for ten years and currently serves as its Executive Director. Previously, she served as Senior Program Officer at the Toledo Community Foundation and later as the founding Director of the Nonprofit Resource Center. She previously held positions at several nonprofits, including Children’s Resource Center in Bowling Green, Ohio, and the Y.W.C.A. of Greater Toledo. Mary’s board memberships have included Philanthropy Ohio, The First Tee of Lake Erie, and FOCUS. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in in Social Work from Bowling Green State University.
