Based in Santa Clara, California, Hannah is a Small Business Segment Consultant Manager for small business relationship banking. She focuses on Small Business Segment Consultant Program initiatives, Small Business Banker relationship management, and other business initiatives that leverage her passion for small business, employee career development, innovative strategies, and change management. Hannah joined Wells Fargo in 2003. During her tenure, she managed several branch banking locations, was a district manager and supported learning and development for Pacific and Northern Central California regions. Hannah is actively involved in the Wells Fargo Employee Resources Groups (ERG). She is currently the Vice President for the Enterprise Asian Connection. Prior to that, she founded and developed the Virtual Chapter as the Chapter Chair for the organization. She is a member of all nine Wells Fargo ERGs and is involved in many diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives within the company. She also enjoys recruiting volunteers to help support small business development centers and organizations providing resources and business mentoring. Hannah graduated from University of California with a focus on digital arts and education. She lives in San Jose, California with her husband and two kids and spends most of her free time reading and traveling with her family. She enjoys developing cross-cultural competency and advocating for a more equitable and inclusive world.
