Niki DuBois

Throughout Niki's personal and professional experiences--one thing remains constant, an unwavering belief in the power of community. Niki's work with people experiencing eating disorders and substance use disorder has affirmed her belief that recovery is possible and it doesn't have to happen alone. Niki is a licensed masters social worker working towards her Licensed Clinical Social Work licensure (LCSW) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification (CEDS). Niki is a first generation Iranian-American and holds a Master's of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work.

By recognizing the need to set and enforce limits, you protect your self- esteem, maintain self-respect, and enjoy healthy relationships. In this workshop, we will go through how to practice setting boundaries in an assertive and confident way.
