Chief Policy Counsel, T-Mobile
Michelle serves as Chief Policy Counsel for Strategic Alliances & External Affairs at T-Mobile. Based in Washington, D.C., the Strategic Alliances and External Affairs team is responsible for advancing and shaping T-Mobile’s public policy agenda at the Federal , State and local levels, and increasing visibility and awareness of the brand among focused external partners, key policy stakeholders, and academic alliances. Michelle joined the T-Mobile family back in 2007 after serving as Majority Counsel for the House Judiciary Committee, where she acted on behalf of the late Chairman John Conyers, Jr., the Dean and a founder of the Congressional Black Caucus, to drive the Committee’s focus on matters of civil rights, civil liberties, social justice, and immigration. Michelle is an alumna of the University of Maryland and The George Washington University National Law Center.

Telehealth and virtual learning have become integral to our society in accessing care and education. Panelists will explore how private companies, federal agencies, and nonprofit organizations can work together to ensure broadband access for all.
