Samuel Omukoko
GMD and CEO, Metropol Corporation
A career banker, Sam Omukoko is the GMD and CEO of Metropol Corporation whose subsidiaries include Metropol CRB, Kenya and Uganda. He has been involved in many interventions in the financial services and capital markets; credit training; credit rating and credit reporting in a wide range of sectors. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), UK, a Fellow of the Kenya Institute of Bankers (KIB) and a founder member of the Institute of Credit Management – Kenya (ICM-K). Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math from the University of Nairobi and a CPA (II) Accounting certificate. He is the Treasurer of the East African Credit Bureau Association and the current African Regional Director for the GCS network.
