Alison Snyder is a managing editor at Axios, where she oversees the newsroom's coverage of science, space, transportation and other areas. She is a scientist-turned-journalist who covers artificial intelligence, space, and quantum computing, among other topics. Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, Newsweek & The Daily Beast, NOVA and other media outlets. She graduated from MIT with a degree in chemical engineering and received master’s degrees in botany from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and in journalism from New York University.
