Joséphine is the co-founder of Techfugees, an international organisation empowering displaced persons with technology since 2015. Managing a team of 8 talented human beings, she leads Techfugees’ programmes (#TF4Women) aimed at accelerating the professional inclusion of refugee women in tech & digital jobs in France, Italy and Greece. As an expert on migrations and social innovation, she sits on the board of the Norwegian Refugee Council and acts as an informal expert for the European Commission on migration. Nominated as one of the top “30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs” by Forbes three times in a row, she has received many prizes and advocated for a more innovative and inclusive world in many high-level tech or UN conferences such as SXSW, Web Summit, VivaTech, UNESCO’s annual meeting for education or UNHCR global compact.
