Civil Engineer with an MBA with Distinction in Engineering Management who has occupied the roles of an Engineer, Technical Coordinator, and Strategic Planning Manager also with the responsibility of Disaster Coordinator and Climate Change focal point with a Water and wastewater service provider over a fourteen (14) year period. Currently the General Manager of the Saint Lucia Solid Waste Management Authority (SLSWMA) from March, 2017 with responsibility for planning, organizing and directing all solid waste management activities of the Authority in accordance with the SLSWM Act. A Commissioner at the a National Utilities Regulatory Commission (NURC) from June, 2018 also serving as the Chair of the water advisory committee (WAC).
