Ramchand Jailal currently heads the Hinterland Services Department of Guyana Water Incorporated which has a mandate to conceptualize, design and implement water supply projects in Hinterland communities in Guyana. The department also manages the operations and maintenance of water systems in many Hinterland communities. Ramchand Jailal possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Guyana and a Master's Degree in Construction Management from the University of West Indies and has over 18 years experience in the Water utility sector. He is also PMP certified.
