I was born and raised in Iowa and grew up in a very active family which inspired my passion for health and wellbeing at a young age. After pursuing a degree in Corporate Wellness and Recreation from Northwest Missouri State University I moved back to Iowa where I have continued my passion in the corporate wellness and wellbeing space for the past 15+ years. I enjoy learning new and exciting things from my network of peers as the industry constantly changes and evolves. My biggest passion is my family. My husband and I have two small boys who keep us active as well as continue to show us what being resilient means and push us to want to be healthy role models in all aspects of wellness for them.
