With over 30 years of business experience, Becky Hall has the proven ability to effectively manage change and process redesign using her strong communication and leadership skills. As the benefits and wellness leader at Oncor Electric Delivery, Ms. Hall provides the strategic direction and alignment on both short-term and long-term employee benefits and wellness initiatives for Oncor’s employees and retirees. She provides leadership and guidance to external partners, vendors and internal management to meet the program goals and serve as a benefit advocate for the participants. Prior to joining Oncor in 2018, Ms. Hall held various leadership positions within Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) for 17 years. She demonstrated the ability to effectively implement and communicate significant changes in HR programs such as enhanced workforce planning, centralized recruitment structure, employee benefit redesign, implementation of a consumer driven health plan, and outsourcing of HR and Benefit administration. Prior to BSWH, Ms. Hall spent 10 years at Central and South West Corporation in various positions in investor relations, management consulting, financial analysis and audit. While at CSW, she played a key role in the merger of CSW with American Electric Power Company both with the communication with the financial community and transitioning the two company’s financial organizations into one. Ms. Hall began her career with Deloitte and Touche where she consulted with clients in all industries on various business needs. Ms. Hall received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and is a Certified Public Accountant. She served as a board member to the Southwest Benefits Association from the Spring of 2021-2024.
