As the Director of Population Health Strategies at Lockton, Sarah is responsible for supporting our clients, the Population Health Strategies team and internal account teams as we develop strategies designed to impact the risk of the employer population. This includes leveraging data to identify actionable opportunity, understanding the business needs of the organization, and aligning the right solutions and partners to ensure success. In addition to her client work, Sarah provides thought leadership for the direction of our practice supporting Lockton offices across the Midwest.
