Kathleen Redmon, MSW, (she/they) is the Associate Director of Integration Services at United Way of Southeastern Michigan. She is a macro social worker with 14 years of professional experience in the social sector, domestically and internationally. They bring experience in community building, systems change, process improvement, and policy to their role in helping grow Connect4Care, a Community Information Exchange (CIE) in Southeastern Michigan. Outside of work, Kathleen can be found in the garden, watching almost any docuseries, and hanging out with their wife and scruffy dog in Southfield.
