Terry Kadel is the State Office of EMS (SOEMS) Program Specialist. Terry has worked in the field over 20years serving as a paramedic/ firefighter and retiring in 2018, as a fire chief. As the Program Specialist, Terry works supporting communities in developing outreach programs, such as the Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH), to increase access to healthcare.
