Before transitioning into the social sports industry, Ashton began her career as an English teacher. She leveraged this expertise to join a prominent global company as a Content Marketer, where she also received training in web and graphic design. During this time, Ashton actively participated in multiple sports with Austin SSC, and when an opportunity arose to join the company, she eagerly seized the chance to contribute to an organization she deeply believed in. With 10 years of experience at Austin SSC, Ashton has managed various marketing roles, including web and graphic design, email marketing, social media marketing, and content management. She has also served on the Marketing Subcommittee for three years and looks forward to sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience with other SSCs.
