Description

Jeff has been with Players Sport and Social Group for the past 6 years. Recently promoted to the Director of Operations & Bar Sponsorship. His role is focused on cross-functional responsibilities like customer base growth & retention, sales, event management, program design, daily operations management, and personal development. With PSSG, him and the team built and grew a new line of business with Virtual Events via Zoom, generating over $150,000 in revenue from 2020-2024. He has generated over $100,000 in revenue for our Bar Sponsorship Program from 2022-2024. He provides logistical management of small to mid-scale events that can range between 600-2,000 customers on a weekly basis. Jeff is a juge part of managing all aspects of event and tournament execution, including promotion, scheduling, marketing, budgeting, and serving as on-site decision-maker and liaison between staff, security, customers, and vendors. He interviewed, hired, trained, managed, and developed 150+ qualified contractors as referees, interns, supervisors, and brand ambassadors.
