Description

Kendra Pierre-Louis is a Senior Climate Reporter with the Gimlet/Spotify podcast How to Save A Planet. A native of New York City, Kendra spends as much time as possible exploring the wider world. She's seen a polar bear in the wild (highly recommends) and almost fallen off a cliff in Myanmar (strongly does not recommend). Kendra has a Master of Science in Science Writing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development from the SIT Graduate Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University. She is also the author of the book Green Washed: Why We Can't Buy Our Way to a Green Planet. You can usually find Kendra on Twitter or achieving dramatic feats like living in France without eating butter. She's part of a broader movement working to get mayonnaise put on the side.
