Brooke Borel is the articles editor at Undark magazine. She leads The Fact-Checking Project at KSJ@MIT and teaches science writing workshops at NYU. In the past, her writing has appeared at Popular Science, where she's a contributing editor, as well as Undark, the Atlantic, the Guardian, BuzzFeed News, FiveThirtyEight, Scientific American, and more. She is the author of the books Infested: How The Bed Bug Infiltrated Our Bedrooms and Took Over the World and The Chicago Guide To Fact-Checking, both published by the University of Chicago Press.
