Jill Lock joined Pro-Choice Minnesota in January 2023 as a Legislative Fellow and quickly demonstrated her deep commitment to the organization’s mission. Following the completion of her fellowship, she transitioned into a full-time Organizer role, continuing her passionate advocacy for reproductive rights. Before joining Pro-Choice Minnesota, Jill worked with the Minnesota DFL, where she contributed to the historic effort to flip the State Senate in support of reproductive freedom during the 2022 election. With a professional background in nursing and public health, she brings a holistic and equity-centered perspective to her organizing work. Jill’s approach is rooted in community and collective care, and she is dedicated to building authentic connections that drive meaningful change. Guided by the belief that healthcare is a fundamental human right, she is honored to work alongside Pro-Choice Minnesota’s members and partners to advance reproductive justice across the state.
