Tyril Houghton is an ECU Tutor in Secondary Mathematics and Supervisor of Pre-Service Teachers. Retired Head of Learning Area: Mathematics at Bunbury SHS; set up GATE Mathematics program and elevated Year 9 NAPLAN results. Tyril has developed competence in students through specific activities to engage, remediate deficits, build confidence and empower students to excel in mathematics.
