Adrianne Wagner is an Associate Certified Coach specializing in the personal and professional development of established and emerging leaders. She focuses on change management, fostering inclusive leadership practices, and addressing burnout and career fatigue. Additionally, she serves as the Executive Director of Leadership Launch and as a facilitator for Leadership Snohomish County. With extensive experience in equity, inclusion, and belonging at both regional and national levels, she emphasizes anti-racism, multicultural competence, allyship, and intersectionality. Prior to launching her coaching and consulting business, Adrianne was Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at Optum (The Everett Clinic and Polyclinic). Alongside nearly two decades of leadership and management experience, she has served on several boards of directors and is a Trustee of Edmonds College. She is a proud alumna of the University of Michigan and lives in Lynnwood with her husband, children, and two dogs.
