Mr. Harris counsels background screening and public records providers, researchers, and users on product development and compliance. Earlier, he was general counsel to two publicly traded resident screening providers and regulatory and government affairs counsel to the apartment industry's leading trade groups. He has served as PBSA's Government Affairs Co-Chair.
