Kathy Collier began her career with Chester County Department of Drug Alcohol services twelve years ago and now successfully operates the prevention department as the Prevention Program Director. In addition to serving as board president of the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance, Kathy chairs the Prevention Program Directors Association of Pennsylvania and serves on the board of the Downingtown Community Education Foundation. Most importantly, Kathy is a devoted mother of two children who found Prevention to be more than profession but a true passion.
