Phyllis Law has spent more than 30 years working to better the lives of youth and families in both Florida and Pennsylvania with the past 15 years working at Penn State University’s Prevention Research Center Evidence Based Prevention and Intervention Support (EPIS) project where she currently works as a part-time Senior Systems Change Specialist and provides direct technical assistance and training to a variety of state-level initiatives including: the PA Youth Survey Advisory Group (PAYSAG) and the Cross-Systems Prevention Network (CSPN).
