Hannah is the Program Manager for Tobacco Prevention and Control services in 11 counties in the Southwest area of Pennsylvania, including the Pittsburgh region of Allegheny County. Hannah Cristofano has been with Adagio Health for 3 years and previously served as the Youth Services Coordinator with the Tobacco team. Hannah is passionate about health equity and providing better health outcomes for all Pennsylvanians. Hannah has a Master of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Developmental Psychology, and is a lifelong Pittsburgh resident and fan. Hannah enjoys playing and coaching soccer and being involved in her community youth development organization in her free time.
