Description

Deacon D. Dzierzawski MOL, LICDC-S, President of ECS. In his role at ECS, he oversees more than 110 evaluation projects across 19 states. Prior to coming to Epiphany Community Services, he served as the Vice President of Community Systems Group Inc. and the Chief Executive Officer of The Community Partnership; Deacon has served in the office of Councilman in the Village of Swanton, Ohio. Deacon is recognized as an expert in coalition development, evaluation and environmental change by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, National Institute of Drug Abuse, National Highway Transportation Administration and the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA). He has been deemed a Master Trainer by CADCA. As a trainer his expertise has been utilized by the National Coalition Institute of the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America, the States of Minnesota, Ohio, New Jersey and others. His work has been highlighted in NIDA Notes, received recognition from the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services. He is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. He holds a BS in Community Health from Ohio University, a master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Lourdes University.
