Laura is a resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, where she was born and raised. Previously, Laura worked for the Northern Kentucky Health Department, where she held roles in substance use prevention, harm reduction, and public information. Laura also has extensive experience working with the Hispanic/Latino community, providing and coordinating services such as health navigation and youth and adult education. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and a Master of Education in Health Education and Promotion, both from the University of Cincinnati.
