Description
Marcia Goodman-Hinnershitz is the Director of Planning and Resource Development at the Council on Chemical Abuse, Berks County Single County Authority. Throughout her 30 plus years with the Council on Chemical Abuse, Marcia has assumed a leadership role in the implementation of a variety of initiatives including Student Assistance programming, tobacco prevention and cessation services, gambling prevention projects, and most recently opioid prevention initiatives. Marcia follows the public health model of community empowerment to ensure that services are responsive to local needs.
