Jeff is a Systems Change Specialist at EPIS.  In this role he provides coaching and technical assistance for prevention coalitions across Pennsylvania.  He provides networking opportunities, resources, and professional development for CTC Mobilizers & Facilitators in Pennsylvania. Jeff has worked to expand opportunities for and utilization of the Social Development Strategy through his work at EPIS.  He regularly hosts Learning Community Meetings to provide opportunities for coalition leaders, mobilizers, and facilitators to learn together from best practices in coalition work and prevention across Pennsylvania.  Jeff is certified as a Communities That Care Plus Coach.
