Description

Nicole holds a Master's degree in Psychology and currently serves as an Implementation Specialist with Penn State EPIS, where she supports evidence-based programs across Pennsylvania. With over 14 years of experience as a senior leader in behavioral health care, she has led impactful initiatives such as serving as Project Director for a SAMHSA System of Care grant. This project, a collaboration between Erie and Luzerne Counties, aimed to improve the child-serving system by incorporating youth and family member perspectives. Additionally, she worked as the Project Director on the HRSA BWET-Pro grant, focusing on training and retaining behavioral health care professionals. As a life coach, Nicole specializes in supporting couples and families, helping them navigate challenges and build stronger relationships.
