Afia Tasneem is a Senior Director at EAB, overseeing IT and AI advisory services. Afia and her team partner directly with chief information officers, presidents, provosts, and chief business officers of universities and colleges to provide insights, data, and resources that support institutional goals. Afia has led over 500 strategy sessions with cabinet leaders and board members and is frequently called upon as a keynote speaker and facilitator in board meetings, symposiums, and conferences. Afia is also one of EAB’s foremost researchers and thought leaders on topics spanning AI, cybersecurity, vendor management, IT portfolio optimization, enrollment management and pricing strategies. Prior to joining EAB, Afia helped governments develop national strategies for sustainable human development at The World Bank and advised Fortune 1000 companies on investment strategies at Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan.
