Description

Darlene Repollet is a former corporate human resources executive of a major Fortune 500 insurance company. Her 25-year human resources career afforded her the opportunity to work with and be a trusted resource and adviser for employees, managers, and executive leaders at all levels of and within the organization. Repollet has put her corporate experiences and skill sets to use in new ways as she has transitioned to being an entrepreneur in the real estate investment and logistics arenas. As a woman of color entrepreneur in these two male-dominated fields, Repollet has goals to develop win-win scenarios for those needing property solutions for their real estate dilemmas and to deliver goods timely and safely on the logistics side. Passionate about serving her community, Repollet is an active volunteer with her town’s food bank and is also a member of service-oriented organizations such as Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.; The Links, Incorporated; and the Greater Princeton Drifters Chapter of the National Drifters Inc. She is the wife of Lamont Repollet, president of Kean University (N.J.).
